STC is a home-based food business operating under the New York State Cottage Food Program. All products are made in a private home kitchen that is not subject to routine government inspection and may process common allergens.

By placing an order through this website or any associated ordering platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

• All orders must be paid in full to be picked up. A 50% non refundable deposit must be payed to place order.
• Accepted payment methods include: cash, visa, Mastercard, American Express,VENMO, Apple Cash.
• Prices are subject to change at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes.

• Custom orders (including flavors, designs, themes, or dietary requests) must be approved before payment.
• Reference photos are accepted for inspiration only. Exact replication cannot be guaranteed.
• As all products are handmade, slight variations in color, decoration, and appearance are normal and not considered defects.

• Failure to pick up an order at the agreed time and date will result in forfeiture of payment.

Products are made in a kitchen that may contain or process:

Milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens.

• While reasonable care is taken, cross-contamination cannot be eliminated.
• The bakery does not guarantee allergen-free products.
• Customers are responsible for disclosing allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.

• Pickup times are scheduled in advance and must be honored.
• Late pickups may result in additional fees or order cancellation without refund.
• If delivery is offered, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered or left at the agreed location.

• Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling after pickup or delivery.
• The bakery is not responsible for damage, spoilage, or quality issues once the product leaves its possession.
• Products are intended for consumption within 3 days unless otherwise specified.

• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
• Photo documentation may be required.
• Taste is subjective and not grounds for a refund.
• Refunds or credits, if offered, are issued at the bakery’s discretion.

By purchasing from STC,  the customer assumes all responsibility for the consumption and handling of the products. The bakery is not liable for allergic reactions, improper storage, or misuse of products after transfer of possession.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, STC  reserves the right to photograph products for use on its website, social media, and promotional materials.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of order placement will apply.
